I didn’t explain myself properly. It’s the button to the left of the gear selector in the centre console. If I remove the fuse unfortunately I have no way of closing the gate as I rely on the key fob when outside. Thanks for your interest.

I have recently purchased a 2023 Superb Sportline Estate. As a disabled person and full time wheelchair user, I need to store the wheelchair on the passenger seat when travelling alone. On occasions this means I hit the boot button accidentally which results in an open boot lid which I cannot close unless I reassemble the chair get out and move over 2m to use the key fob. Is there help I can get to reprogram the car to close the boot lid from either button or key fob ?
