  1. Thanks very much for your help, more helpful than the dealers who simply told me to mention the issue to them again when the car is due a service in 2 years…almost laughable really. Is there a way for me to get the update to start? thanks
  2. Hi, My wife and I collected our brand new Skoda Karoq SportLine last week. Were happy with it but straight away weve been having an issue in that android auto would only connect for a few seconds, the disconnect and wont reconnect again. Very frustrating. This is wireless connection by the way. You can imagine I was even more frustrated when I dropped by the dealership to find out if I was doing something wrong for them to then tell me “Yes it appears to be a problem with a lot of them at the moment coming from Skoda”. Bit frustrated they didnt mention this before I purchased!! Nothing they can do to fix it at the moment and all they can say is that Skoda are aware of the problem but theres no fix, and no ETA on any fix. Ive been looking online and found numerous posts from people with the same issue as far back as Summer last year. My worries and concerns are that Im just going to be left waiting for a fix with this and it will never be there. Android auto is really quite important to me for my driving and use it constantly. So I’m just wondering really if anyone has any more information on this issue and whether Skoda are actually trying to fix this as it appears the dealership dont know anything and cant/wont assist me. Thanks
