I had wondered if resetting would just cause me to get the same 360 days notice however it seems to have worked?! No notifications as yet so maybe it was just one of those random things.

Hi all, recently had my 2019 superb serviced. Service intervals reset however I’m now being getting the notification on start up that it’s due in 365 days. This seems overkill, surely it should let me know while I’m say 30 days (or X kms) out? Any ideas on how to correct this myself? Can you change the notification interval somehow?

Solved! Had the seals (2 parts) installed this week. No fuss, and apparently easy enough to do. Thanks @Bap33 for your wise counsel!

Thanks so much, so my repair is almost certainly going to require both seals but I guess won’t know until it’s looked at. took it to local Skoda here in Auckland, but I don’t think they really paid too much attention and were talking about the whole roof needing to be replaced. This forum and YouTube suggests otherwise which of course is very logical!

hi @Bap33 hope you don't mind me reviving this thread. I am a relatively new owner of a superb wagon 2019. I am in New Zealand and have recently found similar damage to my roof seal. Unclear on the cause, none the less I want to get it sorted. Would you by chance know the parts that were used in the end, I am fairly sure it's 3G9877297 that is the most important replacement. Any other advice, comments etc that may be of note that you can share! thanks!
