Ah... Technology Connections has been responsible for many an hour lost to YouTube. I really enjoy how well he explains things in such an accessible manner.

What I've seen elsewhere is that you have to replace the strip - the Audi A4 has the same problem.

My L&K Superb estate in Graphite Grey with grey interior has arrived. Slightly disappointed that even on the L&K trim the USB port in the rear-view mirror is an optional extra (that wasn't taken when the car was built), but I'm looking forward to getting out in it.

I've just pushed the button on my new (to me) Superb MkIII estate, so thought I'd should stop by and say hi - particularly as this forum really helped me with my search for my next car. I don't have it yet, though I'm now champing at the bit for the paperwork to complete so delivery can be scheduled. Yes, delivery. The wonders of the internet means that I was able to find the perfect model hundreds of miles away, and they'll deliver it to me. It's only 4 months old, with less than 20 miles on the clock, so I can't wait. It's going to be quite a change from my very, very, old in the tooth Audi A4 estate 😁
