Cheers for the help turns out it was the map sensor the cables had snapped to to the vibrations coming from the engine

No the code is p0237 it’s not on that I’ve seen it could be the map sensor causing the problem

everywhere I’ve looked says if it holds a vacuum it’s not that that’s the issue so not sure if it is that

the code that is coming up is p0237 turbocharger boost sensor A circuit low

code has been cleared will need to wait for it to come back on as i dint have it to hand

Hi i have recently bought a 1.6 MK2 fabia monte carlo and the glow plug light has started flashing putting the car into limp mode your can turn the car off and back on which solves the issue sometimes but the eml light will sometimes come. on when you plug in to the obd11 port it says boost pressure sensor low i have tried a few things to try and sort it like using a dpf cleaner in the fuel using another dpf cleaner sprayed into the dpf and towards the turbo i have checked the turbo actuator which still seems to be working fine as it still holds a vacuum any ideas what could be the issue as i am stumped
