Thank you for all your efforts. Unfortunately it still isn’t working. The folder has the maps folder in it, but not the tow other files that you have shown in the photo. I really don’t understand. I was a bit confused whether I was supposed to use a new sd card or the original Skoda one. I tried using a new sd card but that didn’t work, so decided I had to use the Škoda sd card. I formatted it, extracted the file and put it on the Škoda sd card, but nothing all the original info on the Škoda card is now gone. Thank you for your help

Hi all I followed all the instructions regarding updating my Sat nav. However, when I put the Škoda sd card back in, the system says no navigation available. What have I done wrong? I downloaded the update. Extracted the file and put it in the Škoda sd card. Any help welcome. Wish I had left it alone now. Thanks
