I’ve added a recent photo picture below of the complete, unbroken bumper for reference. Thanks for your reply. I was hoping it would be a piece I could obtain separately to the whole grille unit. The silver bit you mention is a join where the two adjacent panels meet. The panel was pushed in slightly but it’s the same on the right, undamaged side of the bumper.

Hi all, Unfortunately, a large suv reversed into my Mk4 Octavia, cracking the plastic trim between the grille and bumper. Is anyone able to to help me identify the name of the part/part number? Also, is this something a non-technician like myself could easily replace? I have attached pictures for reference. Thanks in advance!
