  1. I have contacted a paper to see if they are interested in the story. I have attached just some of the communication that I have been having with customer services head office. SKODA communication with customer services head office.docx
  2. There is no doubt about it after reading many complaints that SKODA do know there are issues. I think they should fork out for all the faulty Sat Navs. Instead, they are letting unsuspecting Jo public pay out for their faulty gear and almost making it as if 'you are the only one' so to speak.
  3. I am having issues too with the touch screen. I can see that many more people are having problems especially in the 2015 16 and 17 model. I have a 2017 SKOD Yeti. I have contacted SKODA but no luck with them. I have now contacted a paper and am waiting for them to reply to see if they are interested in the story. It seems clear to me that SKODA are keeping their heads down and just letting people pay for repairs etc.
