Under driving mode you can select between 5-6 different modes, but in the "Individual" mode you can fine tune the suspension comfort (there is a slider with a lot of options).

At first, they were unaware of the issue since I was among the first to receive the car. However, within a week, they had heard of more complaints. The dealer told me that Skoda is committed to resolving the problem and mentioned that it might be addressed with a software update (?), though they couldn't provide any definitive answers yet. Anyone else has any other feedback from their dealers?

Hi there, Got my Kodiaq 2024 (new model) with the extra DCC package last week. After driving for a while, noticed that on uneven surfaces there is a noticable "knocking" sound from the suspension. It is better on 'comfort mode', but still very disturbing. Initially my dealer did not have any information about this issue as it is a new model, but I called them again today and they stated that there is indeed an issue with the new suspension. However, they did not have any other information yet. Does anyone else have this issue and do you have more information on the exact problem?
