New battery fitted, most cleared when stationary and when driven they all come on again

Hi everyone, I'm new to this. I have just returned from the UK to SWFrance and after around 2&1/2 hours on both sides of the channel Iost all my driveraides, blind spot, cruise control, emergency braking, turn lighting, tps, etc. After switching off at the ferry terminal for 2 hours, it all came back. Then it repeated itself again over on the French side. Any ideas please
