  1. I have a 2021, which I’ve owned for just over 2 years. My car came with 2 free services when I purchased it. During my 2 years of ownership my infotainment occasionally crashed and had various other software glitches. When my car went in for its last service, last month I mentioned about the problems I was seeing. The chap on the service desk mentioned that rebooting can resolve some issues, which they did whilst the car was in the garage. I was told that any further investigation would need to be arranged at a cost of £100+ per hour. I must admit my problem has worsened since the last software update, and my infotainment crashes every time I use Google Maps using CarPlay. The car is fine and I have no other complaints, but the frustration is causing me to consider changing my Octavia for something less troubling.
