  1. Hi gang. As it cooled I noticed a strange sound after starting early when the engine is cold. No squealing of the tips when starting, scraping of the chain, etc. No screeching at idle. But when I drive, a strange sound comes to life from the engine part, see the video. The sound slowly fades as the engine can until it disappears completely. Car octavia 3 rs 2.0 tsi 180kw DKTB mileage 75k. Can anyone think of or has anyone encountered such a problem? Or is it normal? A friend does exactly the same thing on an Octavia 3 rs 180 kW but with a DLBA engine. https://youtube.com/shorts/fW7PG67OaqQ?si=MJmsVRMmA9WWUtQN
  2. DSG DQ381 slow gear change Fixed. There are incompetent dilettantes in the authorized Škoda service. They uploaded the wrong ECU and TCU software. Everything is correct as it should be. 20241021_161557.mp4
  3. I searched everywhere I could and found that the problem should be in the software. I have software 2301 and there is no update. I read that the 2301 software is supposed to have a reduced torque due to fluidity, and that would correspond to how it ranks for me. I still want to try TVS stage 2+. I went to the DSG specialist and he said that the transmission is fine but there is a problem in the software. It is interesting that my gearbox shifts the same as the same gearbox in the Kodiaq rs tsi, I don't understand the connection. The 2303 software is compatible for my transmission, but I don't know if there would be a change and what it would be. I compared software from people I know with o3 RS dq381, so the best software was 2401, but it is not compatible for my gearbox. Anyway, the change for me is that it shifts faster than before, it was enough to give the car a good drink for some time, but it is not always shifting as it should be with the dsg dq 381.
  4. Hello, does anyone know what the differences are in the software for 0gc300020B SF 2301 and 2303?
  5. Update, They found nothing wrong with the dsg, correct oil level, they did an adaptation but everything is still the same. I'll go to a transmission specialist. This is a thing I noticed. When I release a little pressure on the gas pedal during the shift, the dsg shifts quickly as it should. I don't understand where the problem is.
  6. just that according to the invoice they replaced the filter. I will deal with them and insist on a replacement.
  7. In the authorized service center, I assume that they have everything necessary.
  8. It is true that the first thing many people who work with cars tell me is too good or too little oil.
  9. On Tuesday I go to the authorized service center where they changed the oil and I have an appointment for an oil check and complete adaptation. I'll let you know what changed.
  10. That would make sense. After the adaptation, no one told me what it is and how to drive. the adaptation was done at 55,000 km and I drove it all the time in the city at max 3,000 rpm very smoothly. So it looks like I taught him laziness. So make adaptations and ride a pig, let him learn the fast style.
  11. That's a very general description that I know of course. I'm more interested in whether the throttle closes the throttle when shifting, or disconnects the injection, etc.
  12. How does DSG actually work during shifting? Does the ECU tell me which gear to shift and the ECU cuts off the ignition for hundredths of a second? It is so? It just feels like a manual transmission going wild without releasing the throttle pedal.
  13. Well, without launch control. there was a complaint about gross subordination in the 4 to 3 sport mode.
  14. 120,000 is an awful lot even according to my tribotechnician. so i had the oil changed earlier. The oil was changed by an authorized Skoda service. Anyway, I want to get the oil checked.
  15. Yes, Then the authorized service made adaptations and they now rank it like this.
  16. Hi group, does anyone have any idea why the dsg dq 381 shifts so slowly? DSG oil changed at 60,000 km. Octavia 3 rs challenge 2.0 tsi 180kw. 20240528_155056.mp4
