  2. Hi, I have just upgraded my battery to an agm but when it came to registering it. I didnt have the option for fleece which was what I saw online but it did have the option fiberglass. can anyone confirm that this is ok ? I changed the serial number and put in the correct capacity. thanks in advance
  3. I dont know if it would be the horn as Kodiaqs have 2 horns so im thinking it may be somthing else. its just strange that it will work if you start the engine again even straight away.

  5. Hi all, I have a question. For some reason my horn doesnt work when I start the car if it has been sat for about half hour I'm guessing the time all the electronics power down properly. When I start the car there is no horn nothing at all. If I turn the car off and back on at any point the horn works fine. I don't think it's a battery problem as I drove 1000 miles across Europe and it happened at a service station. My first thought was the relay switch so I changed that and also reseated the fuse but this doesn't solve the issue. What would people's next step be or if this is a common fault that people may know about. Many thanks for all replys

  7. So clarify Do I need one of the subscritions to get traffic. as both of mine expire before my trip away and want to make sure I have everything in place even if I have to use my data. Infotainment Online sub Care Connect - remote access sub.
  8. there is no greyed out on my car. there is an option for traffic from the main screen as soon as I click that in the top right corner it has tmc and a line through it. but if I connect my phone to the car (data) it comes up with traffic and tmc is not longer crossed out.
  9. the thing is when I use my phone to connect it comes up. so it gets the data that way doesnt one of these provide this Infotainment Online sub Care Connect - remote access sub.
  10. just annoying that I will need to use my data just to allow my gps to avoid traffic seems odd. when i go out of uk but maybe it will work when i leave UK. ill let this forum know.

  13. Hi I wonder If someone can please help me, I have read so many contradicting posts and really need help. I have a skoda kodiaq 2019 When I first got my car I didnt need my phone connected to my car for my traffic and other bits to work but now I dont seem to be able to get this info without it. I have both Infotainment Online sub Care Connect - remote access sub. and have tried to get things working again when i click traffic it doesnt have any infomation and shows a line through TMC if I connect to my phones data then it will work. I have read online people say you need to have the phone connected all the time but this wasnt the case when I first got the car and toured europe. all traffic seemed to work. I have tried everything from updating the gps with the latest 2024 update. which I did via sim as it says invalid licence when i tried doing it via the update button in the car. maybe this is the issue?? removed my account and reactivated it on the car and also a factory reset if someone can Help I would be extreamly greaful
