Hi wise ones, I have an issue with my wipers, it's happened twice now and I've got it back to normal both times by wiggling/pushing up down the stalk through the positions multiple times.. I leave my wipers on auto/ intermittent. Twice coming home turning into a left hander down hill they've come on, but it's perfectly sunny/dry. When this happens, afterwards the stalk positions don't do that they should. E.g setting intermittent=slow wipe, fast=stop, push for rear=nothing. The front water squirters don't work, etc. Now my guess is the stalk 'switch' is on its way out. But I guess it could be whatever detects and acts on its position going mad too.. Aby ideas? I assume a stalk change is full of air bag dangers and should be done professionally? Incidentally about 2 months ago I did have to have the front screen replaced because of a stone crack. Can't see this being related but .. Thanks
