  1. Agreed, I’m gonna order myself one next I work on the car. I was actually able to fix the problem. Turns out the pins on the left tail light cluster were VERY rusted, so a fair bit of IPA did the trick. I’ll look into splicing the reverse light wire instead of attaching the camera’s sensor to the cluster itself - rookie mistake.

  3. Hi all. I recently hardwired a reverse camera sensor to my left reverse light. The camera works completely fine, and the front camera now displays the rear camera in fullscreen when the left reverse light is on. However, now, the left reverse light does NOT come on. Nor does the left tail indicator. It’s a bit of an odd situation because there is clearly still power to the bulb, and the brake lights still work, so is this a case of multiple bulbs (3) blowing? I’ve also checked about 10 different fuses and I still can’t find the problem. If anyone knows a solution or has had the same problem before i’d really appreciate the help. I like to think I know what i’m doing but sometimes I absolutely do not.
