Rear Tailgate doing funny (NOY things
Well I tried the reset but I still have the problem. First thing in the morning it's ok, worked fine when my wife went shopping. After lunch I had to collect our daughter's two dobermans from her house. Got home and the tailgate refused to open. Thankfully I was able to pull the rear seat down and get the dogs out though the side door. Any more ideas. I am very nervous of taking it to our local dealer....for several reasons that I don't want to go into here!

Rear Tailgate doing funny (NOY things
Sorry but I didn't realise that there was a time limit for editing. So....Start again. I was away last week, in the UK, with my car and had this issue. After the car being unused for at least 4 hours, i opened the tailgate to remove some stuff. I closed the lid and then tried to open it again with the rubber button on the back. It refused to open. I tried to open it with the fob, click but no movement, I then tried the button on the driver's door...little click and slight wirr but lid stayed closed. I locked the car, then unlocked it and tried again....Nothing. A friend suggested leaving aqll the windows open to let the car cool down. I did this and early evening tried it again. Success. For the following two days it was fine until it occurred again today. I had put parcels in the back to take to the post office, but it refused to open when I got there. I am Really worried as we transport our dog in the back, and also we have our daughter's two dobermans. Please help.

I'm sure that I can't be the only one with this problem but it is getting serious. Last week, on a Very hot day when the car was not being used, I had an issue with the

Towing Tyre Pressures with Karoq Sportline 19" Wheels.
Thanks again for the reply but sadly it's not my point. It is Always recommended that the tyre pressures are raised from the normal when attaching and towing a caravan. I'm not worried by tyre spin on soft ground as I would lower the pressures for this scenario. This is my question, what extra pressure should I put in the tyres? When towing before, with either a front or rear wheel drive car, the caravan clubs always recommended raising the pressures in the 'rear' tyres because of the extra loads created when towing a caravan.

Towing Tyre Pressures with Karoq Sportline 19" Wheels.
Thank you for your reply to which the answer is Yes IF I was then towing. I have always done this, as advised by those more knowledgeable than me, when towing but I've never had a 4WD before!

Towing Tyre Pressures with Karoq Sportline 19" Wheels.
Hi, Glad to be here. We have a '21 Skoda Karoq Sportline with 19" wheels. Recommended tyre pressures are 2.4 bar all round. When we tow our caravan (90k'ish nose weight) by how much should I raise the tyre pressures....and would that be all 4 wheels?
