I have tried to change user but that didn't sort the problem. Thanks for your help I will have to decide whether to risk it!

Have never liked it much as the search is often bizarre. Putting in a search for a nearby town often results in getting a bar with the same name in a distant location. It is misbehaving in that the whole list of favourites has disappeared. New favourites cannot be saved and even the last destination is not saved in the history.

We have been really disappointed with the infotainment system in our latest Skoda. Now it has got worse as the SatNav has lost all the favourites and does not retain the history. It is out of warranty so assume it will be expensive to fix. Has anyone had the same problem? Can any help?

We have had Skodas since 2006 but not so happy with our latest because of the infotainment system.
