It's factory fited ,there is no code checked by vcds

Three months ago I bought a Skoda Superb iii tdi used car in which the problem is that after pressing the drive mode button, no option appears on the screen for selection like eco, normal, support... and no gear stick position light illuminates ઓન (P R N D) the gear panel. No but sport mode and normal mode can be changed through gear shift stick and normal driving is happening, please let me know if there is any solution, I have the vcds, if there is any coding or activation, let me know, I will be very grateful.

In skoda superb lnk tdi generation 3 no any effects after press mode button so what is the problem ? which module controls responsible for this function?
