Exactly my thoughts too - and, don't they do regression tests ?? - it's like they introduce new unintentional errors with every new software version and sometimes reintroduce old errors that has been fixed years ago ! Nope, getting in contact with Skoda insn't easy - that's through an authorized dealer every time - I use a local mechanic who is pretty skilled and is authorized to work on Skodas as well, but he does not even have access to all Skoda updates as well as the factory - he would have to go the same chain of command as me which is a Skoda dealer ......

ahh, well if it's not going to help I don't think I'll do the reset 😉 I'll wait for the next OTA to fix it - hopefully
