  1. Hello friends, I have a 2021 Skoda Superb Comfort Plus 1.5 TSI ACT 150 PS with 40,000 km. Recently, I heard a "grinding" sound while driving. When I took my car to the dealership, I was informed that the problem was related to the clutch and flywheel. My car was serviced by an authorized service center in its first year. Due to high costs, I had the second year's maintenance done at Bosch Car Service. All maintenance was done on time and without any issues. Despite pleading with the dealership and the main center, I was quoted a discounted price of 48,737 TL + 1,500 TL for diagnosis. Has anyone else experienced this issue? How was it resolved? Can you share your experiences? How can we get rid of this DSG problem? It's unacceptable for a 2021 model, barely three years old, to have this issue. We buy new cars to avoid frequent visits to mechanics and have peace of mind, but here we are, unable to get our three-year-old car out of the service center. I'm very dissatisfied with the service provided. After this bad experience, I don't think I'll ever approach a DSG vehicle again, even if it’s given for free. It's a nightmare. Due to the chronic issues with the DSG transmission, I might switch back to manual cars or opt for a Mercedes to have peace of mind. It’s unimaginable that a three-year-old car would have such significant transmission noise. People say DSG is a matter of luck, but from what I’ve heard and researched, a large number of people have brought their cars to the service center due to this issue. The luck aspect is long gone. I feel like I am being punished by SKODA for having the second maintenance done outside the authorized service center. They cannot stand behind their three-year-old cars and are pushing their chronic problems onto the customers. There's no choice but to opt for cars with a reliable clutch. They have created something called "goodwill warranty" to try to cover up defective products at their discretion. There are numerous cars with clutch/flywheel replacements at 20-30 thousand km. Haven’t they found a solution for this yet? This is clearly a defective product. We should be able to get a full refund. Update 01.08.2024: —> I have filed a case with the Consumer Arbitration Board regarding this issue. If necessary, I will continue to a higher court. I will pursue my rights to the end. —> I have opened a ticket with the relevant contacts in the Czech Republic for them to investigate the issue. I have complained about Skoda Turkey’s customer and pricing policies. —> As a result of my complaints, Skoda Çakıroğlu will refund the unfairly charged diagnostic fee. —> I have written a complaint letter to the Ministry of Commerce regarding the issue. —> I have sent my complaint to the Ministry of Industry and Technology regarding the issue.
