  1. That usually is the case, but mine are like this all the time at low speed braking.
  2. Hi everyone, has anyone any insight as to the quality of the brake components Skoda use. I have an issue with the brakes making an abrasive noise which resembles the noise of using the brakes after it's been raining when surface rust has formed. This has been present since taking delivery in December 2023. Normally this noise doesn't occur after the first applied braking, but the noise on my 2023 Kodiaq still persists. When I reported this to the dealer I was told I am not using the brakes enough and to carry out a few emergency stops. I have tried this but to no avail and can only assume that the quality of materials used in the brake components are rubbish. I am seriously considering changing the complete braking system with Brembo. Does anyone have any comments?
  3. Hi everyone. I am new to this and this is my first post. I took delivery of my Kodiaq 1.5 SEL Executive 7 seat last December. I noticed that the brakes when applies make a grating noise reminisent to worn brakes that need replacing. I heve mentioned this to my dealership and was told that they need wearing in. To this day they are still making this noise. Has anyone had the same problem as me?
