Sorry all - I was unaware of the 2024 facelift model. The info system is worse than ever today - only remedial is to switch it all off - no satnav or anything else. I haven’t tried but does this problem occur with a sync’d phone? could I switch to an emulation??

Thanks for the note - here is the bad news - mine is a mk iv VRS and the problem is in the new model too - interesting that the problem started when the car was in full sun for a few days - that is a clue for Škoda to consider.

My 22 VRS has just started playing up - sat Nav getting lost (wrong county and wrong country!), my radio switches on automatically and systematically increases in volume till it max’s out. My software is version 1941. The car is going into the dealer in September - any recommendations?
