Have the exact same issue. There is reference in the printed owners manual to it. In the Section on “What affects the electric range” in “High voltage system”, it refers to “set up delayed charging with interior preheating >page 129” but when you go to the page in question (129) there is no details on this. I wonder did they not get this sorted before these early-ish production cars were built. Our Volvo XC60 PHEV did not have this functionality initially also, but we got an over the air software upgrade which added it a few months later. Hope Škoda do something similar here.
