  1. I did not extend the plungers, I’m not sure on how to adjust the plungers, other than just pulling them out. Should the plunger be fully depressed against the brake pedal? no, the connectors slotted in fine. thanks for your help
  2. Afternoon all, I have been a long-time lurker, and I finally have an issue I can post about. My glow plug warning light started flashing a few days ago and through some research, it appears to be related to the brake light switch. The vehicle is a 2006 skoda fabia mk1 1.4l diesel So I bought this BLS and followed this guide to fit it. The problem is that before fitting the new part, the brake lights worked normally and now they're stuck on permanently. When I fitted the new BLS the rear brake lights stayed on permanently (unless disconnected ofc). I refitted the original part and now the lights stay on permanently. I did notice that when fitting the BLS the plunger didn't meet the brake pedal, I couldn't find any info online about extending the plunger or anything similar. Did I get a duff BLS? Greatly appreciate any help!
