Its an Amundsen 2 unit, part number 5L0035680E, although the E at the end may be another letter like D. Its common for the touchscreen to fail and need replacing, DIY £25, or pay someone £100-150..

As an update, the Amundsen was replaced under the Skoda used car warranty.. Sadly after the replacement was fitted the reversing camera did not work, so still chasing the dealer to get that coded and working again.

Probably this one.. Waiting to hear what the Warranty people come up with as they say it's now out of production, so they need to find a different solution..

Hi, as per many others, left side of 2017 Amundsen touchscreen has stopped working. Car is still under Skoda used car warranty. Is it covered, should I have to pay a diagnosis charge to get them to confirm the obvious and order a replacement? Many thanks in advance..
