  1. Same problem when interior lights are on and engine running, I'll have a look at the recoding solution.
  2. Same ones I have, I was thinking that they may need coded? However Skoda never found any faults when they plugged the car into the computer. I'll miss the bright lights in the winter.
  3. I fitted boot lights about 18 months ago with the only problem being the boot was showing as opening and closing on the dashboard, with the mechanism sounding as if it was trying to open. As above I had a message saying 12volt battery low drive car to charge, drive car OK that day no more 12volt battery messages, next day I opened the offside rear door, then went to open drivers door, it wouldn't open, rear passenger door and boot were all that opened. I climbed into drivers seat, had the battery error, but started car and drove a few miles to charge battery. Car was with Skoda for a day and a half, it's now functioning correctly. The garage advised me to change the lights back to original ones, so I did this. Garage said battery and alternator are both fine.
  4. Just had a call from Škoda, problem sorted, battery and alternator all OK. They think it could have been caused by the bright lights I fitted in the boot that I got from Ali Express.
  5. I had a message on my screen saying 12v battery low, drive to charge. I drove to charge it up, all seemed fine. Next day I opened the back door to put things on the back seat. I couldn't open the drivers door, or the other 2 passenger doors. Boot opens. Battery and alternator are testing OK, I have to climb from the rear of the car to get to the drivers seat. The car is with the skoda dealer and they can't figure out how to solve the problem. Has anyone any idea how to resolve this. 21 plate 1.5 petrol,
