Abandit

I am not technically minded so apologies for any confusion/ wrong terminology. The fuel flap gets stuck sometimes and it's getting worse. The catch (actuator??) is fine, it seems the hinge is worn and drops a bit. I know the flap hinge and inner are all one unit but am having difficulty finding the right part. Can anyone advise / help me: 1) Identify the part name / number and suggest where I can get if from 2) Advise how to get the "painted" flap itself off the old unit and onto the new unit? 3) How to transfer the tyre pressure info across to a new unit 4) Is there a simpler fix to stop flap dropping so I don't have to go through the hassle It's a 2015 Octavia Elegance Estate Diesel My local independent garage managed to free it this time and have it booked into sort it once and for all, but was looking You Tube and it seems something i could do myself. Thanks
