Thanks for responding, no matter what I try with the options wheel it's not giving me any other options bar showing the phone is connected. No access to contacts etc. I resolved the other issue I was having with the windows, I found an option deep in the settings which wasn't turned on.

Hi folks, my first ever post here so sorry if I'm breaking rules! Just collected a brand new facelift Selection spec Octavia having had the previous model in Style spec (2019) and the pre-facelift Selection (2023). I have 2 questions I'd love some help with. In the previous cars I used the phone functionality seemed to be much better than with the new virtual cockpit. There doesn't seem to be any way to hang up a call or to scroll through my contacts without having to go the big screen which isn't very safe. Has anyone a work around on it? Second question, I'm a big fan of opening all 4 windows with the key on a hot day but that's not working on this car. Should it be? Is there a setting I'm not seeing somewhere?
