It's the insurers (note club insurers are all brokers) you need to look at for reviews of claim handling but bare in mind pretty much all reviews your find for any insurer will be negative so do not read too much into these. What other people pay will not really help you but £657 (assuming your listed mods are declared) at age 21 is a very, very good price indeed.

That is a very competitive price, our level of cover may be better (eg like for like modification cover) but I cannot see us matching/beating the rate you have had.
