  1. Thank you! Hoping they’ll take it to the dealership under warranty and sort. they emailed me today saying I should try and update it myself with a link to the “updateportal” but I’m not convinced!
  2. Purchased a used, 2020 SE L Škoda Kamiq, petrol 1.5 DSG at the weekend, have only driven on a couple of occasions so far but noticing a few bugs/glitches and wondering what steps to take. - have had a pop-up on virtual cockpit a couple of times along the lines “SOS call activated” - user profile loading stays on infotainment and doesn’t load through (happened once) - sat nav on virtual cockpit doesn’t load and just presents as black graphic On these issues they tend to disappear once the engine is turned off then and then back on again, but nevertheless it’s slightly frustrating having these little glitches. After looking through the forum, I imagine it needs a software update, currently running 0156 - I purchased through a Marshall’s VW, and when I called them they weren’t sure, but said they may need to send to the local Škoda dealer. On Friday (handover on Saturday) a different sales person called to say handover may need to be delayed as the sat nav needed an update and needed to go to the dealer, but they rang me back 20 minutes after the first call to say it had been resolved - after questioning this today with them, it appears they just “factory reset” and after checking the sat nav they determined it was fine! Out of interest, what software number should I be asking them to update me too?
