Could it be some issues with the fuses? when I checked them there were a lot of them missing, checking the ac fuse and it was good.

I already got it tested, and there’s no fault codes what so ever, that what the mechanic said to me.

Yes they do, does that mean it couldn’t be a loose connection?

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately non of them work even with the AC off, not even a sound when I turn the dials.😔

Hi, I’m new here, and I recently bought a used octavia 2015 with manual ac controls. When I turn on the ac, it works on cold, and that’s it. I can’t change it to heat (turning the wheel does nothing), and the same goes for direction, nothing change when I turn the wheel, and I believe the air circulation button is not working as well, since I used it and still smelled something from outside while driving. the AC button itself is working, since after turning it off, the air temperature drops to normal. could not find much stuff online, I found about resetting the ac but the is for the automatic controls I believe (mine attached below). any help would appreciated, especially since the winter is very near now.
