  1. Bluetooth Issues/smartlink not working

    can someone help me please? last week bluetooth and carplay disappeared from my car! the navigation and telephone doesn't work either!! when I choose smartlink, it tells me to go to the dealer ! when I look in bluetooth settings I can't find it anymore! many say to check software update! I checked with some friends who have Skoda Superb MK3 also from 2016-2017, and their software is MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0369T where I find a lot of information on the Internet! but in my Skoda it is MHI2_ER_SKG11_P2104_1 and no information! has anyone had similar problems with bluetooth and smartlink?
