I hear a lot of people have been affected. Was at the dealer and they said that without proof they cannot do anything.. they need some proof so that factory would compensate the guarantee fix - video, error msg or smth. Lets see, will try to push them to make adaptation. this is really hard to report, as you can only feel it basically.

Thanks yes, it was my decision. Had several suggestions to keep the service intervals shorter. The thing with sometimes jerky/felt switch was already before. I was thinking that it could improve after the change. But it didnt. I will go back to dealer and ask them to seek for solution, but as I have read a lot about this in other forums so thought that maybe there is some direction on which to look. Main problem - is hard to reproduce as its not happening doing some specifics. Its just happening time to time, mostly when driving calm.

I have changed the transmission oil and filter. Dealer has done it, so I guess they have followed the procedure. Thus they have not done transmission adaptation, as it is not required when oil is changed.

Hello guys, have been looking for information all over the internet, but have not found the right answer yet. So I have Skoda Superb, 2021, 2.0tdi, 4x4, DQ381. it has 85k km. the problem that I have encountered is gear changes from 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th. The thing is that you can feel them, you have like a small movement right when the gear is changed. Its not always and not connected if gearbox is warmed up or not. I have driven several DQ381 and didnt had such issues. All the gears should change smoothly. All other are, but these ones time to time are “jerky”. The feeling is like the clutch is engaging in that moment. More felt when drive slowly. To be sure I have changed oil and filter (no adaptation), no change. I still have warranty and dealer drove with the car and said - all is fine. I have seen several posts about this very same thing in several forums, but there are no clear answer. P.S im not from the UK but Eastern Europe
