2023 66000 miles serviced 3000 miles ago spark plugs done service before last rattle is coming from opposite side to gearbox .noise and loss of power under acceleration

Hi there I have a Skoda Octavia Etec 1.0 and when you apply throttle to accelerate I get no response or when I do a horrid rattle it seems to be coming from the drivers side of the engine anyone had this or any idears thanks Paul
