  1. Hello, I've had a Skoda Rapid 2014 for some time now, and the bluetooth pairing worked fine until a few days ago - usually when I'd start the car my phone would connect automatically to the bluetooth and media player, once connected to the media player a "ding" sound would play to indicate connection. Now, when I connect I can see that the phone is connected, but the "media player connecting..." message only stays on for about a second and the sound doesn't play anymore - this results in no audio coming out no matter what it's played from. I've tried forgetting the phone from car system, as well as the car audio from the phone, deleted all users from the car, ensured it's not the phone's fault - is there anything else that can be done, other than trying to swap out the bluetooth module? The unit I have is an RCD310.
  2. Hi all, Recently purchased a 2014 rapid with the swing unit - all was good with it until the last few days - while being paired to phone via BT-audio the unit can randomly switch its mode to radio, at which point i've gotta press the media button for it to instantly switch back to BT mode. Is there anything that can be done to fix this? Many thanks!
