HI, I have an Octavia Mk4 21 plate PHEV. The infotainment seems to have stopped working. It was fine when I left the car yesterday but when I started the car today it was dead. Apart from not having any music, it also means of course that none of the proximity warnings are available. Can anyone suggest the reason for this fault and possible solutions. Thanks

Hi Steve. Thanks for your prompt reply but I have not got close to either of those parameters since I have had the car, and anyway it seems to reset after a couple of journeys. Mmmmmmmm?

Hi, I recently bought a 2021 Octavia PHEV and I absolutely love it. With my lifestyle I am able to take full advantage of the battery in local driving and only normally need the petrol engine of longer journeys, perhaps 1 per month. I am trying to keep a log of the Driving Data using the infotainment system but the system keeps zeroing and losing my long term data. Please can anyone explain why this happens and what I can do to prevent it Many thanks Summo
