  1. I recently bought a Skoda Yeti 1.2 TSI [110] SE L 5dr DSG (2016 model). The Amundsen Unit wasn't working/connected so they said they would replace it. It cost me just under £200 to have the Car Play turned on, so I can now see my phone/sat nav etc on the screen. There are two issues that I have: The voice control button on the steering wheel doesn't work (I get the message "You can activate the voice control function by means of an activation key. Please contact your dealer" and probably linked to this, if I speak to my phone (hey, Siri), it responds to that but then somehow doesn't hear anything else. I've spoken to the dealer today, and they said it's another nearly £200 to turn on the voice control button. Is that true or am I being had over? Thanks for any advice on whether this is a separate charge and if so, is there a cheaper way than going back to the dealer.
