  1. Yes - I've noticed it, quite like it to be fair.
  2. Anyone else seen any issues with the infotainment screen after the software update. I regularly use Waze and more recently it has started flashing up with a red screen almost like a new flash - that catches my attention when driving, but then resets back to Waze - didn't happen before the update.
  3. Proximity unlock as in, keys are in your pocket and you walk up and grab the handle - the door unlocks - didn't know there was a proximity lock - never tested walking away without locking - how far do you need to be for it to auto lock? does this need to be enabled?
  4. sounds like a proper sh!t show :( taking mine in for my first service tomorrow, checked the Software version, it's 2460- should I get it updated? I've not had any issues and don't want the hassle if taking it back. Another annoying thing, they wanted to charge me £30 for a courtesy car - never had that before with any other manufacturer.
  5. just been contacted to book in for my cars first service. Should I ask them not to update the firmware then? I did have the "Proactive occupant protection system restricted" once, but it disappeared on its own and hasn't come back (touch wood) Anything else I should ask about when getting the service done?
  6. and the winner is....... Yup, they were very apologetic and embarrassed. A cable behind the door needed to be reconnected.
  7. thanks, hopefully it's just been knocked loose. hardly use the button either, but can confirm it was working prior to repair and now it isn't. so only 2 things either repair or dash cam, lets see what garage say. lol re: virtual pedal, thought it was a motion you needed to make to activate it, seems like bit of an oversight if it closes when you are under it.
  8. Halfords said they wouldn't use the USB-C on rear view mirror but hardwire to fuse box for both constant (parking mode) and when engine is on. Garage have agreed to take a look even though they don't think it was them - just wondered if anyone knew where the connection to that button ran, does it go down the front wing or backwards?
  9. I recently had an accident where the driver door and front wing was damaged and repaired by the insurance company (nominated garage) - since then I have also had a dash cam hardwired. I noticed the other day that the Boot button in the driver door panel now no longer works. I had halfords who fitted the dash cam come out and take a look - they said seeing as the key fob and button on boot itself opens the boot, it's not likely anything they have done. The Garage that repaired the car don't think it's anything they have done. Any ideas what it could be?
  10. what the other issue your car is in for? the ACC recall or something else?
  11. it popped up on mine the other day but disappeared straight away and not seen it since. Is this the seat belt tightening thing?
  12. mine was in 2 weeks ago to fix the 94EW I asked about the update and they said it wasn't available then :S
  13. no, they didn't say they replaced but "fixed" the issue
  14. They had it in for 2 days as they were also fixing the squeaky wing mirror. I didn’t have any issues with the ACC stalk, so you could probably hold off until service time.
