I've had it for two months now and works well. Driving mode always retains in individual, as well as lane assist off works really well and start stop is off too. You can also disable the memory module while it is still installed. Installation took around 10 minutes and it worked right away. Only thing I feel like is missing that start stop would disable shutting off engine while coasting, however it is not possible without ECU remap.
