  1. I think its a 4 pin connector switch, 2 for brakelight, 2 for ECU/dsg. so even if the brakelight is on the ecu/dsg might not know that brake is applied.
  2. Yes brake light works but it might be a 4 cable switch, 2 for brake light and 2 for ecu/dsg unit?
  3. Brake fluid changed aug -2024. Dsg service has Been done at 60.000km Its very difficult to se if the brake lights turn on when it happends. It must be the switch (brake light) or some solenoid for the clutch in the mechatronic? Do anybody know of the clutch for the electric engine always is engageged and the motor just stops rotating when you stop or does the clutch realese the engine from gearbox when stopping This is a intermitent fault and i cant provoke the fault
  4. Last time it happend was after a long highway driving and the battery was empty. I drove in to a supermarket parking area and tried to slow the speed down going to park the car. But it was like i forgot to push the Clutch pedal down. A mecanical noise came from the engine compartment and the car stopped normal after this
  5. I have a superb iv 2021 90.000km With dsg gearbox and about 15-20 times last months i have had a problem that the car Wont stop even tough i push the brake pedal. Its like you drive a manual gearbox and forget to push down the clutch pedal. When it happens i push the brake until a noise from gearbox/electric engine comes and the car stops. it happens only when i drive With the electric mode. The car has been to Skoda 2 times for this and they found nothing. Now they sent a question to the factory about the problem. Could it be brakelight switch that Dosent send info to dsg or solenoid in the mechatronic that dosent disengage the clutch? Am I the only one who has this problem?
