    Hi, I want to update the software manually on my Skoda Scala, "Swing Infotainment system" this the version i have now can you please send me latest compatible SW update file ? More details why i want to do the update : when trying to activate the car on skoda connect app - there is no internet connection to the car and it keeps loading and fail When trying to do factory reset it doesn't allow to because of max privacy is enabled (AFAIK it can be changed without the skoda online service) i hope with SW update the issues will be resolved Thanks
