Have you saved the profile log in...i had similar issue.There is a save option in app under Biometric ID

Shame there is no over ride switch about the seat and car turning off..even a delay would have been good. Bad enough no front 12v socket and then having the dashcam turn off as you lean over to it..must be mega frustrating.I understand how Skoda thought it was a good idea just surprised so many car manufacturers give so little thought to dashcams in general. I am genuinely surprised the Govt. has never considered making it a legal requirement for cars to have dashcams fitted at factory build or at car dealers before handover. Good you got the VW branded screen cleaner..bit of a bargain compared to VW RRP.

Fair enough...i am going to try an adaptor USB-C to 12v ..even though mixed reviews ...not having much luck..if the adaptor does not work i will give up ..just not meant to be. Was parking at home yesterday when a message popped up asking if i wanted auto parking so i said yes as it remembered my previous parking at home. It was very unnerving..surprised how fast it was..i had to hit the brakes as it came so close to my front step...be a while before i try that again.

Are you happy with the dashcams? Was there a choice of dashcams they provided? May ring dealer and go through to parts section for advice as 2 dashcams i have tried do not work via USB-C in front. Have asked Skoda direct for the technical specs of the USB-C ports but no reply yet.

That is good to get dashcam sorted. I spent the weekend trying to install a new dashcam as well as previous one as last resort but just would not work via the USB-C in the Elroq ( i do not want hardwired) .I note other people having same issue via feedback. Have sent dashcam back for refund and will leave it for now. Disappointing. Did not even know mudflaps was an option..forgot about that but could really do with it..talking of floor mats i have just realised today none of my floormats (with possible exception of boot ) have Elroq on them..i was sure i did see promotional shots to the contrary..must have dreamt it.

Just wondered if anyone has solar panels? I have set my first scheduled charge this evening..fingers crossed it works..doing it via the onboard elroq charger and have disabled my pod-point charging scheduling....anyway back to the solar and noticed on the sub menus on the infotainment screen an option to charge via solar...i presume this means lowering the rate of charge from my pod-point home charger...this sounds excellent as my pod-point home charger is over 4 years old and is not solar compatible. I will test it out soon. Perhaps i have misunderstood this function but worth trying out.

Thank you. I received 4 x VW Screen Cleaner Spray 2 in 1 Microfibre today. Ordered on ebay. Original VW part priced at 10 euros plus VAT each i believe at VW /Skoda. Elroq reviews mentioned this cleaner would be provided with the car but that does not seem to be the case..maybe just for press cars. Ebay price £3 when buying 4. Item number posted a few posts up. I also managed to finally get the Elroq speed limiter working perfectly today! The issue was i had not activated it fully.. now the car is driving as i had hoped ..just brilliant.I was clicking the button to activate it and thought i had but you have to pull adaptive cruise stalk towards you, then you see the Speed limiter actually illuminated with capped current speed.

I thought so too..That is a great price for the dashcam fitted. I am still hunting a USB-C dashcam and will try and offload my old 70mai one on ebay. I am still getting used to the elroq speed limiter as my old car you did not have to be in Adaptive Cruise Control and it read speed signs / using GPS maps data and kept you to that limit I was driving back from Tesco today in ACC and around town just felt i was going too fast at times ( but still legal speed ) but noticed the earlier post advising you can lower or higher the speed by 5mph blocks. Hope i have understood that..will try tomorrow again. Just takes getting used to.

The reviews i watched stated it came with car like the umbrella but it was most likely just for press cars for review it seems. How are you getting on with your elroq?

I found it all minus the wiper so edited my post...its actually under the rear seat..but you access it from boot.Not sure about that clever design. Yes i know the sealant has very mixed reviews but rather have nothing missing on a new car.

If anyone has collected their Elroq recently can you advise did you get the infotainment screen wiper? I do not appear to have it.. have run out of spaces to look ..can always try ebay. Loving the car...well worth the wait.
