  1. i know, i have the one that suits
  2. in case anyone asks, here are the parts i bought (the part # have nothing to do with part numbers) the rain sensor has its own wire that helps me a bunch, the mirror has almost all plastic pieces that i would need, and the long wire on the bottom is for the auto dimming mirror
  3. hello! as the title suggests, i want to retrofit the rain sensor on my front windshield. the good part is that i have the windshield for the rain sensor, i bought the rain sensor itself, ive also bought an auto dimming rear view mirror, and wires that have the right connections for either of these two. my yeti also has a highline comfort block, so im sorted on this end. now for the scary part: how would i go about putting the wires along the top of the windshield and above the headliner? are there some kind of wiring manuals, or something that could tell me? i saw the post that talks about retrofitting the tai. sensor on either the passat or jetta, i dont remember, but both of those have a much thicker headliner... maybe someone has a yeti with the rain sensor and would be nice to send me a pic? like the ones i attached below. thanks a bunch, i am planning on making a video on this, if anyone would be interested about this retrofit, i would be more than happy to post it here (if allowed) thanks abunch!
  4. hello, when i bought the rcd 360 plus, i wasnt expecting for such low quality audio... i resoldered the capacitors, tried skoda sound system profile through VCDS (it doesnt play audio, just beeps when clicking), and now i found a setting that might help it (see pic), but it throws me a "error 31: request out of range"!! what might be the problem?
  5. Hi Gaz, by earlier, do you mean facelift or pre facelift? i personally prefer the facelifted ones, they look more modern and not so granpda-like all of yeti drivers in lithuania are much older than me, and being gifted my grandpas car doesnt help with the stereotype, i honestly think yeti's front looks like a moustache...
  6. hello, as the title says, im looking at retrofitting some kind of heated seats, maybe even electric, which would be an upgrade from my mechanic non-heated seats. what would i need for either of these upgrades(heating/electric)? some kind of wiring, maybe some relays? i know that i will need a new climate control that has heated seats buttons... thanks in advance, Vilnius
  7. heyo, im 19, my name is Vilnius. As well as being new to the entire driving world, i got my second car as a kind of a gift - skoda yeti, 1.4tsi, 90kw. it has a mfsw, i just installed an rcd 360 pro, very different to my first car, a 2003 golf 5. my main goal of joining this group is to learn, and ask. thanks!
