Took the car back to the bodyshop. They checked the connection to the antenna, which was fine, and did diagnostics which did not reveal an issue… but the problem remains. They are going to discuss with Skoda. I don’t feel terribly optimistic about it!

They didn’t replace the entire boot door. Just the panel below the window and the bumper. But that is very useful info, thank you - i didn’t realise that was where the antenna was! It seems like too much of a coincidence now!

I wonder if someone can help with this. After a replacement of a boot panel due to a low impact crash, the app stopped syncing with the car. On the infotainment system, if I try to add a new user via ‘log in’ it says ‘connecting’ but times out after 5 mins. If I try to factory reset it says this can’t be done because can’t delete active user. I also cannot connect to the shop. So it seems like a connectivity problem (possibly the esim) but the SOS light is green. I’ve pulled all the fuses and done a long press of 10 seconds. Nothing fixes it. ŠKODA support are offering nothing.

I am having the same problem with scheduled charging following a firmware update at the dealership on 16th December 2024. Ohme charger. I would like to attempt the solution where the appropriate fuse is removed and replaced. Would anyone be able to explain how to do this?!
