Indeed I use a converter but I used the same for firmware update! My model is Škoda Kamiq 2021 with bolero infotainment version 1800. Is you need any other information I can provide. What do you think it is the correct file? I mean I think is https://www.phonostar.de/download/vw/MQB3_OI_NonGP_JND_Europe_v1.31.56.zip but I’m not 100% sure. to be honest I’m doing all the above! Unzip with 7zip, data and meta folders only in the root folder of the usb (fat32 formatted)! When I put it it gives a messages that there is no media files in it and when I choose software update says that there is no any update! I don’t know if I’m using the correct file for my system although I tried all of them! I updated the firmware of infotainment before some months to 1800 easily but I’m facing this issue with the radio station db.

Thanks for the info but unfortunately this is not the case. The database version on me system is 1.30.22. Can you help me what file should I choose?

Hello everybody! I have a Skoda kamiq and I’m trying to update the station logos! I followed the instructions but when I hit update software it says that no updates in all available ! What I’m missing? Can you please help me?! Thanks!!
