  1. Buying a used Octavia VRS

    I have just over 20 grand to spend on a car. I am planning on buying an automatic petrol Octavia VRS estate. Please could you give me tips on how to approach buying the car from a dealership. Are there any dealers to avoid? I’ve heard that the gearbox is the thing that could cause issues - is there a way to check or any indicators that suggest that it’s going to go? Sorry if these are obvious questions - my dad passed this year and I would have asked him. Thanks!
