  1. AC Control: Some button lights are dead?

    My 2020 Karoq has some lights out on the AC control unit. So, at nighttime, you can't see the buttons, and also during the day, you can't see the temperature on the passenger side. All buttons work correctly it's just the lights. I have seen you can buy this unit on eBay for around £40-£50, but I wondered if this was a common issue and what's the easiest way to fix it. If it does need replacing, how do you remove it, I can't see any video's on youtube for this, so any info on this would be great. Otherwise I am loving it
