  1. Oil loss and p029900 code

    Got a mk3 Octavia diesel vrs. Been losing oil for a while (prob a litre a week) then went into limp mode a few times and no power. Plugged it into diagnostic machine and it’s error code p029900 over boost pressure adjustment - adjustment limit not reached. im thinking it’s probably the turbo gone and it’s leaking the oil into the intercooler or the engine. No massive smoke clouds etc and was driving fine before. anyone had any issues similar ? Been quoted over a grand to supply and fit a new turbo by a local place
