  1. Thanks Now the real work begins, namely to get main dealer to accept diagnosis and replace injector as a goodwill gesture.
  2. Just an update, following an independent assessment one of the injectors was found to be leaking.
  3. Thanks Aldfort, I will pass on your suggestions when I speak to him tonight. There has to be an underlying problem but it looks like on each occasion they simply assumed that it was a coil pack failure. I had to drive him to the main dealer on the second occasion. I had a brief word with the technician that carried out the repair. he confirmed the coil pack replacement and all 3 plugs, one plug was fouled he assumed as a result of the corresponding coil . Regards
  4. Yes, on each occasion plugs were done. Seems daft, coil pack and plug every 6k miles on average. Thanks for the reply.
  5. Hi all My Nephew's Kamiq has let him down, same coil pack issue again. Purchased new, 6 months out of warranty, less than 25000 miles done mainly pottering around town. This is the 4th time this has happened, first two within warranty period, car recovered to main dealer and fixed. He is afraid to drive the car any distance now. Is this a thing with the Kamiq's or has he bought a lemon. Thanks Mike
