I have a Fabia Mk2 1.2 TSI DSG estate that's been acting weirdly. When it's wet outside and I put the car in reverse the parking assist buzzer starts beeping almost constantly (even though there's nothing behind the car). I checked the sensors one by one by standing if front of them and they do react (short beeps). Also, the car has died when in reverse once for no apparent reason and on another occasion (also in reverse) the engine started to work unevenly and I got some controls light up on the dash. My guess is that some wire loom is damaged somewhere and is causing a short. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
